Each day includes Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and two snacks. 1250 cal average for women and 1500 cal average for men. Here’s an example of a day: Day 1: Breakfast: 1 3/4 cups muesli with 1/2cups raspberries and 1/2cups almond milk Snack: 2 oranges Lunch: 4cups white bean and veggie salad Snack: 5 dried apricots and 1/4 cups almonds raw Dinner: 1/2cups tangerine, 1/2cups roasted beets, 1/2cups mix greens, 1tablespoon feta cheese 1/4cups pistachio. 5 ounces roasted chicken dressed in dijon mustard. 1 slice grain toast and 1/2teaspoon olive oil. 1214 Calories, 60 grams protein, 145 grams carbohydrates, 37 grams fiber, 48 grams fat.
