1 bowl full of wild arugula
1/4c extra virgin olive oil
1 block of your favorite Parmesan
Pepper fresh cracked is preferred
Forks or Tongs to toss your salad
Vegetable peeler or cheese shredder for the part
A big bowl
Knife to cut lemons
Fork or hand juicer for the lemons
Place your washed arugula in a bowl and drizzle a little like over the leaves. Squeeze 1 lemon add your fresh cracked pepper and a pinch of salt to it and toss. If you like more dressing add more liquid (I.e. lemon juice and olive oil, ) once ready top it with your fresh peeled/grated Parmesan and it’s ready to serve! Easy fresh and packed with powerful flavor and health benefits!! But most of all enjoy!!!!
