A cardio session that is designed to push your boundaries in various heart rate training zones. Come experience the 4 heart rate training zones and watch how easily one can work smarter and much harder! Saturday at 8.30am and Sunday at 10am. Both sessions are 90min of whereby: • 20mins is used for rolling/stretching and core activation, • 60mins of Cardio, • and15mins of meditation.
