SPECIALIZED GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Rebounding provides a total body workout with Cardio, Strengthening, and smaller deep muscle activation to lengthen and define the muscles, while being easy on the joints. This multi-level class is low impact, but has a high intensity. Repetitive movement, creates muscle memory and with low weights and or resistance tubing, it’s aimed to get you strong, tight and toned in all the right places!
